    RETURN POLICY

    We will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 7 days of receipt. If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation via the form above is needed before the item may be considered for a refund. Refunds and exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis:

    • If you have received a faulty product, we will happily offer you either a replacement, in-store credit, or a full refund.
    • If you have ordered the incorrect product or have simply changed your mind, we will provide you with either a substitute product, in-store credit or a refund. Please be aware that in these cases, restocking and freight charges may apply.
